For over 30 years, I worked as a family lawyer. I supported families through tough times with compassion, calm, and clear guidance — qualities I still bring to the work I do now. But life threw me some curveballs. With three wonderful children with special or additional needs, a husband facing long-term illness, and my own health challenges, I began to realise that the traditional way I was working no longer worked for me. When I wasn’t well enough to work, I simply didn’t get paid. That reality hit hard — and I knew something had to change. So I started looking at how I could reduce my outgoings, and that’s when I found a better way to manage my own household bills. I was amazed at how much I could save simply by combining my services into one practical, streamlined account — one bill, one password, one customer service team. It was easier, cheaper, and just made sense. Then I discovered I could earn money helping other people do the same — and that’s where my new chapter began. What started as a side project has grown into something that’s truly changed my life.
